Once you're ready for a high-quality, hand-made ukulele...

... an instrument purchase like nothing you've ever experienced!

Step 1 - Configuring Your Instrument & Ordering

Considerations:

Your playing style & ability

Your aesthetic preferences

Our Resources:

Our knowledge of instrument building

Wide selection of wood sets in stock

Online gallery of more than 700 instruments

Extensive set of audio & video sound samples

Gordon & Char personally answer your emails, phone calls & all questions you have regarding your instrument and the build process.

Together, we settle on a configuration that matches your playing style & aesthetic preferences with model, size, wood & binding selections.

Once your configuration is set, Gordon sends you an email outlining all the details for your confirmation.

Step 2 - It's in the Schedule

Oh! The Waiting!

You browse the gallery daily.

You follow the instruments currently being built with ShopTracker.

You watch all of the Mya-Moe shop videos.

You question your configuration decisions & email Gordon & Char. They patiently answer.

6 weeks before your scheduled start date, Gordon sends an email confirming all your configuration details again. Ben makes sure that we have internal braces & blocks set aside, and that we have a rough neck & fretboard. He binds your fretboard if applicable.

Step 3 - Your Instrument Is Started!

Finally! Your instrument has its own detailed build page in UkeTracker.

Gordon, Char & Aaron post a photo of your instrument on UkeTracker at every step of construction.

Naturally, you set UkeTracker to be your home page.

You email your friends with the link & force them to gush about how beautiful your instrument is already.

You email Gordon, Char & Aaron to ask them why they aren't working on the weekend.

You comment on *every* post about Mya-Moe on the Enthusiast page, Facebook & Twitter.

You beg your spouse to let you drive or fly to Washington to pick up your instrument.

You refresh the UkeTracker page every 10 minutes, even at 2am.

Step 4 - Your Instrument is Finished!

We email you photos of the completed instrument and tell you that your instrument is ready to ship (which you already knew because of UkeTracker!).

You pay the remaining balance.

We ship your instrument via UPS.

You use the UPS tracking number to follow your instrument as it is on its way to you.

Step 5 - Your Instrument Arrives!

Oh Happy Day!

You rip into the box like a kid on Christmas morning.

You admire the instrument for a few seconds, tune it and immediately start playing.

Your boss & coworkers gather around... uh oh. You "feel light-headed" & have to go home early.

You play for hours and forget to email or call us to tell us that the ukulele arrived safely.

Gordon gets impatient and sends you an email.

You answer apologetically, but tell us you can't stop playing!

Step 6 - You Consider Adding a Resonator/6-String/other Mya-Moe to your collection...
