Myrtle is Aaron's favorite wood for Blackstripe tenors and this one is no exception. The sound is deep and full even though there are lots of sparkling overtones!

rout & glue-in end graft, kerf top edge, kerf bottom edge, brace back

brace top, glue back onto sides

glue top onto sides, prep fretboard & neck

clean up body, rout dovetail, drill tuner holes, glue fretboard onto neck

shape neck, dress fret ends

prep for finish, glue neck/fretboard onto body
