Scott McCormick
"I love the dark sound, dark color and wonderful feel of this instrument. Gordon and Char are two of the kindest, most wonderful people I've met in all of my travels. Their personality is reflected in every ukulele they turn out. Warm kind hearts make warm kind instruments, and these two prove it."

Scott McCormick was born just north of Chicago, IL. He grew up playing piano in gospel churches on the south side of Chi-town and began playing in blues bars at the age of 15. He got his education in Wisconsin and continued to play jazz and blues in tiny clubs until moving out to Denver in 2007 when he joined the Boulder Acoustic Society. Mainly singing and playing accordion and piano, he continues to run all over the country meeting phenomenal people and playing music for the masses. His ukulele knowledge can be defined by what he'd call "campfire music." A nice strum-a-long with some kind of punk rock lyrics is where you'd find him most comfortable with his Mya-Moe.
